The Role:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work towards end-to-end sales closure, ACHIEVE set targets ON NUMBER OF LEADS, PIPELINE AND CONTRACT VALUE. ThE ROLE REQUIRES COLLABORATION WITH SALES, MARKETING, PRESALES AND PRODUCT TEAMS to rapidly increase the SALES volume and improve the quality of new business for our company.

What is expected of the Role:

Generating quality leads and closing the deals(End-to-End sales) . You fully understand criticality of your role in the success of our products and services. You should have exposure to India and Middle East/ Africa Markets in lead generation/ business development in SaaS model of software delivery. Building a healthy pipeline on a weekly basis is crucial.

Key Accountabilities:

- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF GENERATING OWN DATABASES AND LEADS

- EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING, EMAIL MARKETING AND LINKEDIN PROSPECTING

- Should have experience in giving product demos.

- Closing deals in SaaS software (small-sized customers, in our case less than 10 users)

- Report on sales metrics ON A WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BASIS.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

Ideal Profile:

- Prior experience in giving product demos is must.

- Should have done cold calling and expertise in Lead generation.

- Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent risks.

- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.

- Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation

- A positive attitude: You're a team player and you are resilient in the face of challenges.

- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.

- Articulate with strong business acumen.

- Experience using ZOHO or other CRM tools

- Excellent communication skills

- You are a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller across written, verbal, and visual.

Other Details:

- You have about 4 years plus inside sales-(End to End to Closure)/ business development experience as an individual contributor

- Exposure to global technology platforms and experiences in working with multi-cultural teams
