Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee and manage a network of third-party partner agencies responsible for seller onboarding and account management. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent partner performance, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships with partner agencies. Monthly travel is required for in-person partner engagement and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ partners handling seller onboarding and account management services.
- Track and report weekly, monthly, and yearly partner performance using defined KPIs and SLAs.
- In case of any deviation from pre-defined KPIs, drive corrective actions with the partner and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively support and coordinate solutions whenever a partner is blocked or facing operational hurdles.
- Identify, track, and drive key business metrics that directly impact seller onboarding success and partner efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, operational, and quality standards across all partners.
- Align partners with internal SOPs through training sessions and periodic updates.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with partner agencies through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure end-to-end partner audits on defined metrics and processes.
- Manage partner contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor costs to ensure efficiency and value.
- Conduct monthly partner visits to assess on-ground implementation and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in partner/vendor management, preferably in e-commerce, seller onboarding, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with external partners.
- Proven experience managing partner KPIs, SLAs, and quality audits.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently (monthly) for partner visits and relationship management
