Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of multiple financial products and ability to launch new products to scale

- Strong knowledge of consumer lending ecosystem to drive customer acquisition, cross sell new products to existing customers and define consumer journeys.

- Build an expansion strategy to increase CEC presence across new geographies.

- Work closely with the leadership to introduce new retail product offering in the CEC ecosystem, define partnerships, drive growth.

- Ensure substantial growth across the financial suite of products and drive revenue growth from retail product suite as well.

- 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 10 years in MFI as a business development, strategy, or executive management position.

- Proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing operations, and achieving financial goals.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with C-level executives.

- Geographic experience of handling atleast 2 states of KA, MH and TN
