We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of taxation, accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also requires proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Tally, to manage financial transactions and generate accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation:

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

- Manage tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities.

- Handle tax audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Accounting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support business decision-making.

Financial Management:

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support business decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances between actuals and budgets.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Payroll Management:

- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary disbursement, deductions, and benefits.

- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and labor laws.

- Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports as required.

Tally Management:

- Utilize Tally software for financial data entry, invoicing, and inventory management.

- Generate accurate financial reports and statements using Tally.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tally software.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
