New Site Electrification Manager - EB Management

We are looking for a New Site Electrification Manager (EB Management) for our client with pan India presence based at Noida

CTC : Industry Standards

Education : Btech / BE (preferably in Electrical/Electronics and Communication/Civil)

Exp : At least 5+ years of experience in telecom/infrastructural project/operational functions. Should have handled at least one major roll-out end to end.

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor and execute of sites as per AOP-

- Monitor material resource,

- Projects planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring and execution.

- Provide inputs on pricing and to the governance to develop the AOP for EB Deployment projects.

- Process Adherences - To standardize the process of getting power connections from SEBs for BTS sites across Nations.

Customer satisfaction (Internal and external)

- Team/Vendor Building- Initiate meeting with the team and vendors in which separate issues faced are discussed.

- Ensure technical trainings for team and self (according to the needs),

- Knowledge Required : Preferably, overall knowledge of installation/commissioning/maintenance of tower structures, electrical equipment's like generators, PIUs, etc. In-depth knowledge of project management.
