New Retail Store Opening Manager

Our client is a Global MNC CE company and they are looking for a suitable person for the following role:

Position: New Retail Store Opening Manager

Location: Bangalore

Key Accountabilities:

- Preparing and Submitting new Store location briefs for approval.

- Interacting with New Store Opening (NSO) lead and Partners architects / agencies to ensure projects are executed on time meeting the quality standards expected.

- Ensuring design is executed within the approved guideline framework.

- Building New Store pipeline & forecasting.

- Co-ordinate merchandising.

- Ensure end to end readiness for store launches.

Key Relationships :

- Partner owner, their projects, business teams, Projects teams and their consultants.

- NSO Lead

- Regional manager - Sales

- Channel programs team

- Mall Developers & Property Consultants

Key Skills :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in an end to end New Store Opening role covering location identification. business modelling, store build project management, merchandising and channel expansion preferably with key global Retail lifestyle brands.

- Attention to detail and driving excellence.

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, work to deadline under pressure .

- Strong planning, organizing, administrative and execution skills .

- Strong Communication &Presentation skills .

- Agility, accuracy & eye for detail.

- Adapting with the Company's NSO eco system.

KPIs :

- Ensure new store projects are executed flawlessly.

- Meeting committed timelines for the opening of the store and meeting quarterly forecasts.

- Improving the overall quality of store build and processes.

- Ensuring the stores are always up to date in terms of the latest merchandise guidelines
