Job bDescription:

- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in the solar energy sector.

- Lead cross-functional teams in translating market insights into actionable product concepts, specifications, and prototypes for new copper products tailored for solar applications.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, industry partners, and regulatory agencies, to validate product requirements, secure buy-in, and drive alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, industry associations, research institutions, and government agencies to stay connected to market needs, industry standards, and funding opportunities for innovation in the solar sector.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related field).

- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline preferred.

- Experience in product development, R&D, or engineering roles, with a focus on sola technologies and new product development.

- Strong expertise in solar energy systems.
