New Product Development Role

1. Able to manage end to end NPD projects right from brief initiation to commercialization

2. Has a strong network of product development and packaging vendors and is able to understand their challenges & identify opportunities

3. Understands the product development process and is aware of NPD documentation & protocols like trials, COAs, TT detailing etc

4. Has an ability to influence non reporting relationships, strong on decision making.
