We are currently looking for Product Development Manager (Dairy Products) for the topmost Dairy and Foods MNC in Saudi Arabia.

Job Profile :

- To organise, conduct and implement the process of NPD such that technically and commercially viable products are efficiently and effectively launched into the market place by following the agreed project brief, company quality system and procedures.

- Minimum 5 years of experience within the food industry & specially from Packaging Development.

- Bachelor degree in Dairy Science/ Packaging and Quality Management, Quality Systems, or Innovation related fields.

- Must have a good knowledge of dairy products, recipes, ingredients, process, value engineering across a range of product i.e. Yoghurts, desserts, UHT, cheese, drinks and beverages.

- Awareness of HARA, HACCP, ISO, GMP, QMS procedures.

Salary : 9065/- Saudi Riyal per month + Company provided Accommodation or HRA as per Co. policy,+ Company Car or Car Allowance, + Medical cover, Generous annual leave with Free return flight, Discretionary Annual Bonus as per Co. policy-

- Total CTC of Around Rs.25.0 Lac per annum

- Tax free Savings of approx 18 lacs per annum
