New Product Development Lead - Electronics Business

- Seeking for a highly experienced New Product Development Lead to drive the ideation, development, and commercialization of groundbreaking products in the rapidly growing field of printed electronics. - Develop and manage the entire new product development process for printed electronics, including feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and pilot production. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to bring new printed electronics products to market successfully.

- Define product specifications and ensure new products meet all quality, performance, and cost-efficiency standards. Oversee post-launch product performance, gather customer feedback, and utilize learnings to inform future product iterations. The incumbent is responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign.

- The incumbent would evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Drive product innovation and experiment to keep library of various material combinations to beat customer specifications. Deliver customer samples extremely fast & first time right in quality. Creates a prototype of a new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.

- Minimum 15+ years of experience with a proven track record in both research and new product development, ideally in the printed electronics industry.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate) is a plus.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools for product development (e.g., design simulation software) is preferred.
