Our Client, a Leading Dairy Product Manufacturing player is looking out for a New Product Development & Sales Lead (B2B)- QSR (Dairy Products) to be based at Mumbai.
Job Purpose:
This position will develop multi-level and cross-functional relationships with customer's key personnel and is primarily responsible for achieving all sales objectives, including volume, profit, and expense. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services.

B.SC (Food Science/ Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management) with MBA/ PG Management in Marketing
Experience:
- 12-15 years managing leading QSR/B2B clients exclusively as key account manager for QSR.
- Ideally with a strong project management skill with experience in managing the end-to-end cycle for launching new products.
- Good key account management track record.
- Demonstrate knowledge and speed in understanding and dealing with business situations in a manner that leads to a positive and timely outcome.
- Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Budgeting and financial management.
- Strategic thinking and vision articulation.
- Strong collaborating & influencing skills - both internal and external stakeholder
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering the growth and profitability by maintaining sales volume based on Key Performance Indicators
- Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities and recommend programs with customers to assist in growing their business
- Develop a strategic sales plan to strengthen and expand the business with both existing and prospective customers. Actively network with the market and gather trends on pricing, products and competitor initiatives in order to create and upgrade the transformations growth roadmap for the company to maintain its position as market leader and increase the market share. While pursuing new business opportunities, also strengthen customer lock-in through responsive service and high quality.
- Analytical approach with good planning and follow-up skills.
- Articulate all phases of business development ranging from Market intelligence, Pricing, contract negotiations, in-depth commercial knowledge and application and new customer empanelment.
- Strategic, Creative and Flexible approach
- Drive innovation in products, applications, and process. Actively collaborate with the customers right from the product development stage and provide valuable inputs on market intelligence. Continually scan the system and process to identify and implement step up improvements in existing product range.
- Interprets and communicates customer requirements to the plant production and / or support groups.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with the existing portfolio of key customers and expand into a wider customer base both in domestic and international market including new growth segments of the dairy market. Building the credibility as a go-to resource with respect of market intelligence and considers as an extended partner of the customer business.
