- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth within the IT infrastructure solutions market.

- You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure market.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:


- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the IT infrastructure services company.

- Ability to promote and sell IT Solutions (IT Infrastructure hardware, software, services) Cyber Security Solutions and Software solutions to customers - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Desired Skills:


- Experience with CRM software.

- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies.

- Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
