Job Overview:

- We are searching for an experienced, self-motivated and strategic Country Head /General manager to lead our operations in India.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive country strategy, overseeing all aspects of business operations, and driving growth and profitability in the local market.

- He/she should be the P&L owner of the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a clear and effective country strategy aligned with the company's global objectives.

Business Development:

- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence and revenue streams.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering a positive work culture.

Financial Management:

- Manage the country's budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure costeffective operations.

Market Research:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, adapting the business strategy accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Compliance and Legal:

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a strong commitment to ethical business practices.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency to meet business goals.

Reporting:

- Provide regular reports to management on country performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Country Head, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

- At least 17 years of experience in IT Services Company in which at least 10 years' experience in leadership role.

- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

- Financial management and budgeting expertise.

- Adept at managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Familiarity with IT Solution and Services, Technologies, regulations, and cultural nuances.

- MBA degree in sales and marketing, BTech or equivalent is a plus.
