- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features.

- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

- Translate complex trading and technology concepts into actionable product features.

- Drive user research and data analysis to inform decision-making.

- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Qualifications:.

- Education: An MBA from a premier institute is mandatory; a bachelor's degree in technology or a related field is a strong advantage.

- Experience: 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or related industries.

- Previous experience in capital markets or trading is a significant plus.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
