NeuralSpace - Chief Solutions Architect

- NeuralSpace is an early-stage B2B Natural Language Processing (NLP) SaaS company specialising in African, Middle Eastern and Indian languages, based in London, UK, and Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Our models are tiny (<50 MB), our packages do not require any data science knowledge, and you only need a handful of data to train our models.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Solutions Architect to join us in this mission, with a focus on designing custom solutions for our enterprise customers and rapid prototyping.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Chief Solutions Architect is ultimately accountable for NeuralSpace's custom solutions vertical. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating custom solutions for customers using NeuralSpace's proprietary language processing tools. You will also be leading the Solutions team at NeuralSpace. We offer a competitive salary and the ability to work remotely.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE :

- Working on customizing our proprietary language processing tools based on our customers- requirements; e.g., voice assistants, conversational ticket management systems, customer care automation through chat, etc.

- Working on designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions using multilingual language processing technology on mobile, cloud, or edge (practically any platform)

- Hiring engineers and ramping up the Solutions team

Rapid prototyping to assist the sales/pre-sales team

- Design and implement scalable solutions that can handle more than 200,000 daily calls

- Foster a strong DevOps culture;

- Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of tools, libraries, frameworks, platform, and software solutions;

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 7-10 years of developer/full-stack experience, preferably continuously delivered SaaS projects;

- Leadership experience of over 3 years. E.g., Team lead or Scrum Master.

- At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum setting.

Conversational AI Experience in using at least one of these platforms/frameworks - Rasa (big plus), Dialogflow, Watson, Wit.ai

- Machine Learning knowledge in the form of higher education courses or certification from Coursera, Deep Learning AI, or any other internationally recognized certification provider is a plus.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container-based deployment tech along with automation tools;

- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git;

- Experience and mastery of a few programming languages, e.g., Python, Javascript, Kotlin;

- Experience with writing automated tests and working in a continuous integration context;

- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably Azure;

- Machine Learning Specialist certification by AWS is a big plus.

- Preferably startup experience;

- Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus;

- Willingness to be a part of an early-stage AI startup and the attitude of becoming a leader;

- Interest or experience in machine learning principles.
