Job Title: KAM / Sr Manager Enterprise Sales.
Job Description:.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Enterprise Sales to join our team.
The candidate should have a strong sales background and the ability to sell CPaaS Products like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, Chatbot and IVR services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in target accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on inbound leads.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Work with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and on boarding of new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:.
- MBA - Marketing.
- At least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, selling Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, Chatbot and IVR services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends.
- Strong network and relationships in the enterprise market.
