Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Manager CPaaS Sales at Netxcell Limited, located in Hyderabad.
- The Sr Manager will be responsible for business planning, sales operations, customer service, and effective communication to drive CPaaS sales.
- The role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategies, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities.
- Sales Operations proficiency.
- 10-15 years prior sales experience in telecom industry with Bulk SMS , Whatsapp , IVR & Chatbot products.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
