BUSINESS FUNCTIONALITIES -
Infrastructure, OS, Database will be provided by the Bank.
The SI will be responsible for -
- End to End Implementing & Managing the solution across the Bank.
- Detailed Architectural Plan and Design Document of the solution to be provided to the Bank .
- Deployment and Operationalization of Server, Load Balancer (If required) for UAT, PR, DR Setup (or any other setup) required for the solution.
- Server Administration,
- Database Administration,
- Entire Platform Administration.
- Any New version release/Solution upgrade of the McAfee ACC/FIM/DLP solution should be informed by OEM / SI to the Bank within 7 days of the release and provide the upgraded solution (software) within 1 month of such releases without any cost to the Bank during the period of the contract.
- Configuration, Customisation and maintenance of Dashboards including Data Management (Preparation of Reports etc.)
- SI will be responsible for any other configuration required for McAfee ACC/FIM/DLP solution.
- Comprehensive security review findings / other security or compliance audits must be fixed.
- Operational support (viz. regular job execution and monitoring, server Backup / Restoration, Housekeeping, Disk Space Monitoring, Training, etc.) before and after production deployment Installation.
- SI is responsible for backup and record protection, including infrastructure, Software data files, maintenance of Disaster recovery and contingency plan. The Bank should have access to these records.
