Netxcell - Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Business Development

Role: Sales Manager, Sr Sales Manager, AGM, DGM.

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients in domestic market.

- Business development and revenue generation through Enterprise Accounts / Brands, for customised Mobile solutions & products like SMS service, voice based solutions, WhatsApp Business solution , Email solution, ChatBot, RCS.

- Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.

- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business individually through sales planning, prospecting, relationship building, opportunity identification, qualification, deal pursuit and closure within the assigned account sets.

- To work closely with the Sales operations Team to drive solution designs, working on Requirement documents for proposals, contracts/agreement closures and deal closures.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Job Requirements:

- 4-8 years of front-line software sales experience.

- Bachelor's Degree/BE/B.Tech, MBA preferred.

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

- Industry preference Telecom / CPaaS / SMS / CRM / IT Software solutions.

- Excellent probing, listening and presentation skills.

- High level of business acumen, deep exposure and understanding to at least 3 industry verticals.

- Good at MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Hustler, can & will do attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems.
