Job Description :

- The Candidate will be required to take independent charge of servicing existing/new clients covering integrated marketing communications and brand management. Will also be responsible for overseeing deliverable often within tight deadlines. Had a capability of heading a team of Client Servicing and Business Development resources.

Experience Required :

- 7 to 10 years of Relevant Experience.

- About 2 - 3 years at a Group Head role

Responsibility:

- Ability to think of and work on innovative new communication concepts, business strategy or IP for clients

- Ability to guide members of the team in creating high-quality presentations and experiential planning

- Managing multiple clients at senior level and ensure long-term relationship

- Ensuring delivery of high quality communication material in reasonable timelines, while maintaining profitability

- Understand costs and negotiation skills will be an added advantage.

- Ability to Handle Events, Exhibitions, Promotions and International Projects

Skills Required :

- 8+years of experience in event management / advertising and communication agencies/consultancies. While not necessary, a marketing stint in a client environment would be an added advantage

- Should have 2 to 5 years of experience managing a team of 3 - 5 people

- Preferably an MBA/PG Diploma in media and communication from a reputed institute

- Should have proven abilities in conceptualizing communication based solutions to business challenges

- Should have the inclination and desire for a leadership role
