Experience: 18 yrs+ of experience in IT management / Network management

Position Summary

1.Experience of designing, implementing, maintaining and managing large and complex networks to meet the application / Client SLAs, Incident Management, escalation management, Change Management

2. Expertise in LAN, WAN, Cisco network, voice & security products, network monitoring tools

3. Independently manages, or as part of a team, develop solutions based on business knowledge and analytical skills. Understand impact on department or function.

4. Business continuity planning and testing

5. Presentation skills

6. More than one certification (CCNP routing and switching, CCDP, CCNP security)
