We are looking to hire candidates with a strong background in the B2B services space, specifically with a US focus. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, along with a knack for conducting SEO audits and driving meaningful improvements.

Your Role:

- Run and refine high-impact ad campaigns with smart bidding strategies and ABM tactics.

- Boost organic growth with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO expertise.

- Dive into analytics, set up conversion tracking, and turn data into actionable insights.

- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to bring campaigns to life.

- Work with top marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, GA4, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

- Create and optimize high-impact Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to generate quality B2B leads.

- Dig deep into keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize performance.

- Keep a close eye on CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to ensure every dollar is well spent.

- Use remarketing and ABM strategies to keep Netscribes top-of-mind for the right audience.

- Team up with content and design pros to craft engaging ad creatives and landing pages.

- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with Google and LinkedIn Ads updates and best practices.

SEO Strategy & Execution:

- Own the organic search strategy, making sure it aligns perfectly with business goals.

- Run in-depth SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve rankings.

- Optimize website elements-meta titles, descriptions, headings, and schema markup-for better visibility.

- Drive strong backlink strategies to boost domain authority and credibility.

- Track SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

- Work closely with content teams to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and web content.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Keep a pulse on both organic and paid campaigns, identifying what's working and what needs tweaking.

- Set up conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and goal funnels to measure lead quality effectively.

- Turn data into action-generate insightful reports using GA4, Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn

Growth & Experimentation:

- Continuously test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments to push campaign performance further.

- Explore AI and automation tools to optimize ad bidding and SEO insights.

- Stay on top of B2B marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and ad policies.

- Experiment with content syndication, video marketing, and interactive ad formats to drive engagement.
