Job Description:


- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Campaign Development:

- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee campaign planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.

2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

- Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.

- Partner with sales teams to deliver personalized, impactful marketing initiatives.

3. Marketing Technology and Automation:

- Utilize advanced martech platforms to optimize campaign performance and streamline processes.

- Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative tools to improve outcomes.

4. Lead Generation and Nurturing:

- Drive inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert leads through various digital channels.

- Develop lead nurturing processes to advance MQLs into sales-ready opportunities.

5. Performance Measurement and Insights:

- Define and track KPIs to evaluate campaign success and ROI.

- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and improve marketing strategies.

6. Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

- Align team efforts with overarching marketing and business goals.

7. Content Strategy and Creation:

- Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand messaging.

- Ensure content supports lead generation and customer engagement objectives.

8. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
