LoB Overview (Insights)

Netscribes is organized along two lines of business - Data and Insights. The Insights LoB is responsible for delivering the following solutions to our clients:

1. Market Intelligence: Delivering market and competitive intelligence using a range of secondary sources (databases, online research, reports etc.), primary sources (expert interviews, online panels etc.), social media and digital sources.

2. Analytics and Business Intelligence: Performing descriptive and predictive analytics that address a host of business questions. This team consists of data scientists, data engineers and visualizers.

3. Content Marketing: Developing a wide range of content assets that support our client's marketing and sales objectives. Our services include marketing communications, thought leadership content and product content for both B2B and B2C companies.

4. Brand Tracking: A wide range of solutions for tracking brands across digital channels. We help our clients monitor, manage and safeguard their online assets.

Business Unit Overview

Market Intelligence: The MI team is a 100+ strong team spread across Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Mumbai.

We work with global corporations across industries such as TMT, Life Sciences, BFSI, retail-CPG, e-commerce,

Professional Services, etc. We work closely with the strategy/leadership, sales & marketing, and internal research teams of our clients and deliver custom research that helps them solve their specific business challenges - from recognizing growth opportunities and competitive threats to staying future-ready.

Long-term engagements(FTE or retainer based) contribute ~75% of the BU's revenues.

Key Highlights of the Opportunity

Title: Global Sales Professional

Experience : Minimum 6+ years and up to 15 years (flexible for outstanding candidates)

Reporting to : CEO / Senior Sales Leaders

Prior Experience -

- Prior experience in selling large deals market research services to consulting, market research, information services, ecommerce and similar firms

- Prior experience in selling to US / European clients is a MUST

- We are looking for people who have an existing network or relationships in the target geographies and have at least 6+ years of hands on experience in sales and relationship management

- Past experience in establishing recurring, long term revenue streams would be an added advantage

- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and estimation techniques, for both qualitative and quantitative research

Skills needed -

- Excellent communication skills,

- Ability to build and nurture relationships and a persistent, positive attitude

- Relationship skills for business-to-business deals, customer relationship management, client servicing

Compensation & Role - As per industry standards
