We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to join our team to manage Global Services Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in service delivery and managing large teams of at least 500 people in industry sectors such as business consulting, IT/ITES, or allied industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the services delivery operations of the company, including managing a large team of professionals and ensuring high quality service delivery to clients.
- Responsible for offshore P&L management and overall profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in line with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with international clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Travel to international locations, primarily the USA, to meet with clients, understand their projects, and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with prevailing technologies, including AI/ML, and effectively apply them in the data space to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and implement best practices in service delivery.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in service delivery and managing large teams
- Experience in industry sectors such as business KPO, Consulting, IT/ITES, Technology or allied industries
- Strong client management skills with experience working with international clients
- Deep understanding of prevailing technologies, including AI/ML, and their applications in the data space
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
