Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers at target corporations.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets within the corporate segment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned clients, including lead qualification, proposal development, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed targets.
Client Management & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate client organizations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Manage client expectations and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present sales reports to provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software (a plus).
