Account Based Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
- As an Account Based Marketing Manager at Netradyne Technology, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to engage and influence key accounts.
- You will collaborate closely with the sales and global marketing teams to identify high-value accounts, understand their needs, and create customized marketing programs to drive awareness, generate leads & opportunities, and accelerate the sales cycle.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and a proven track record of successfully executing ABM programs in the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention for key accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and create account-specific marketing plans aligned with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of target accounts and verticals, their industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing content and collateral tailored to the needs and preferences of target accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage personalized nurture campaigns to engage key stakeholders within target accounts and guide them through the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure alignment between account-based marketing efforts and overall product messaging and positioning.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of account-based marketing initiatives and alignment with broader company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in account-based marketing to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (6-15 years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful account-based marketing programs that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different target audiences.
- Experience leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with ABM, marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tribilio) and the ability to leverage these tools to drive marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
