Senior Business Development Executive

Senior Executive with 5+ years of strong Business Development Experience, decisive executive leadership in well-known organizations. Extensive background in complex and challenging environments with proven ability to represent the company with Customers and Channel Partners. Business Skills:

Sales Business Development

- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts

- Achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

- Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for product

- Enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the organisation, ensuring accomplishment of business goals.

Key Account Management

- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in Government, Defense, Corporate, and Premier Educational Institutions for business development.


- Assessing requirements & conducting negotiations for delivering need based products and solutions to Key Clients.

- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.

- Maintain excellent relations with clients, Distributors, Dealers, etc. to generate avenues for further business.

Team/People Management

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in business operations, meeting of individual & group targets.

- Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance, motivate teams in optimizing their contribution levels.

- Coordinating activities for the identification of training needs of employees for upgrading their technical skills.

Channel Management

- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach.

- Monitoring Distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the product at all times.

- Guiding and training Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.

- Implementing business practices and deploying company strategies and programs to the core.

Management Skills:

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and people management skills

- Managing multi skilled teams

- Excellence in Analysis and Problem Solving

- Strong Influencing Skills

Educational Qualification and Experience:

- MBA from good institution

- Hands on in MS-Office

- Experience in handling large Govt. Acct. preferred

Salary offered: 10-15LPA
