Job Purpose:

- To Assist/Support the Data Center & IT Infra Team of Netlabs Global in accordance with the vision, mission, objectives and goals of the Organization

- To create, lead and retain a high-performance sales team at Netlabs Global

- To Successfully close business opportunities through new client acquisitions

- To create and establish a set of long-term business relationships for Netlabs with Clients, OEMs, SIs and partners

- To create in mind of customers and partners, a positive brand image of the Company.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Sales Support & Assistance Handling Sales & Inside sales team

- Driving Sales team for the targeted business

- Presales & Solutioning

- Technical & Commercial Proposals

- Negotiations & Deal Closures

- Account Management, Customer relationship management & CSAT

- Account Mining & Growing

- Escalations

- Assisting Finance in collections

- Alliance & Partnership

- Handling OEM Partnerships & Relations

- GTM plan along with OEM's

- Events, Webinars, Joint campaigns etc.

- Generate leads & opportunities through alliance & partnerships

- Business Planning & Forecasting for OEM Products & Services

Team Responsibilities:

- Mentoring & retaining a high-performance team

- Assigning team responsibilities/work allocations, maintaining job descriptions, monitoring competency building, tasks and quality

- Developing performance standards and communicating the Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Managing performance by periodic reviews, appraisals and motivating people through rewards, incentives &

policies with company's HR policies.

- General administrative supervision of all team members
