We seek to strengthen the leadership team of the Metallurgy Division with the replacement position of the Senior Manager-Finance and Accounts. This position will report to the Deputy General Manager-Finance and Accounts,

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting to CFO for MIS, Budget and Taxation matters to ensure the metallurgy division's legal commitments are met. Manage and develop systems and processes to ensure the provision of accurate Finance and Accounts information to support and drive the company to attain sustained growth.

General background: The ideal candidate is a qualified M.Com/MBA graduate with 12 to 15 years of experience or 8 to 10 Years with CA Qualification in Finance and Accounts function should be from engineering, manufacturing industries or any process manufacturing industry.

Areas of experience sought:

- Ontime Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports (within 3rd Working day from end of the month).

- Inventory Controls, its Valuation as per Accounting Standards.

- Well versed with GST Compliance (Monthly filing. Handled the GST audit from department)

- Knowledge of TDS and TCS matters and filing requirements.

- Basic knowledge of MCA filing requirements.

- Monitor and control Accounts Receivables and Payables.

- Fixed assets Register Management / Capex Spend monitoring.

- Preparation of quarterly / Annual Financial Budgets, planning, monitoring and data analysis and variance analysis.

- Lesioning with statutory for finalization of Annual accounts, Closure of Tax audit and assisting in filing of Annual Tax returns within deadline.

- Product Costing, cost data interpretation, analysis, COGS analysis with standard and actual

- Monitoring and controlling Funds, Bank limits, dealing with Banks for banking facilities.

- Timely renewal of insurance cover for the assets of the Company.

- Preparation of Management Accounts and variance analysis

- Analysis of complicated data from ERP.

- SAP Exposure.

Leadership: The candidate will need to show leadership ability to drive transformational cultural change to enable the business to be competitive. Lead, motivate and develop a robust finance team and work collaboratively with all operational areas. Transfer skills by providing coaching and mentoring to Senior managers.
