The position: Key areas of responsibility include: The constant focus will be on Culture, Organization, and Talent, your responsibilities being: 1. Act as an integrator to drive implementation of policies, programs, or initiatives (Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc. ), providing input to and getting buy-in from Plant HRBP. 2. Operationalize implementation plans at Plant level - act as a 'go-to' resource for Plant HRBP 3.
