What's This Position About?- We are looking for a process champion to learn our business and all client operational aspects of the company. This role will work closely with the Head of Client Operations and Research Manager to establish, implement and automate standards, processes, and operational excellence across all departments in the Client Operations team. What You'll Be Doing: You will: - Work closely with mid and senior management to achieve outcomes based on company goals - Understand all the digital marketing channels managed by Client Operations team - Learn all the existing processes and SOPs used by Ops team members to improve the digital advertising campaign management - Check on adoption depth of the processes across different departments within Ops team - Ask right questions to know the pain points and offer help to have the team address low hanging fruit and other challenges hindering optimal adoptions and practices of the processes - Identify improvement opportunities in the existing processes/SOPs and come up with new processes based on inputs/feedback shared by the team - Work with various department stakeholders to automate processes - Define and measure specific KPIs to ensure if the purposes of the processes are being fulfilled - Create, automate and manage an executive dashboard to track salient aspects of all the processes, performance of KPIs, next steps What Makes You a Great Candidate : You have: - 4 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Strategy or Operations, supporting a sales team through data and analysis - 3+ years of Salesforce experience, admin experience preferred - Agility to learn new things - Attitude to take ownership - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytic skills and attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills to work with different management levels - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Why will you love working for us?
