Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Account Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's growth by overseeing and expanding our relationships with US clients. Your deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape will guide you in strategically advising our clients and ensuring their business goals are achieved. Your expertise will be essential in fostering long-lasting partnerships and driving the growth of these accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution

- Campaign Planning - Collaborate with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives.

- Campaign Implementation - Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Paid Ads, SEO, social media, and more.

- Optimization - Monitor and manage campaign budgets, campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.

2. Performance Analysis and Reporting

- Data Analysis & Insights - Interpret campaign performance data, provide clients with actionable insights, and identify areas for improvement.

- Reporting - Create regular performance reports for clients, showcasing key metrics, achievements, and future recommendations

3. Client Relationship Management

- Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for clients from India, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals, needs, and expectations.

- Relationship Building - Develop strong and trust-based relationships with clients, fostering open dialogue and addressing concerns promptly

- Client Retention - Focus on client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and continuously delivering value.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Strategy Alignment: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with broader business and marketing goals.

- Problem Solving - Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and analysts, to find effective solutions

Experience:

- MBA in Marketing, Advertising from a top BSchool with 4 to 6 years in managing paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency or e-commerce environment.

- Previous experience in managing paid media campaigns including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, and Instagram

- Expertise across search, shopping, performance max, display, youtube in SEM and Dynamic ads, Collection ads, Video ads, Messenger ads, Instant Experience ads, and Carousel ads in SMM

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- In-depth knowledge and relevant certifications from Google, Microsoft, and Meta (Amazon certification is a bonus).

- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear, concise updates.

- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
