Job Title: Social Media Manager

Education: MBA/ Equivalent degree

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will develop, implement, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. You will collaborate closely with clients, as well as our internal marketing and content teams, to develop and execute campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

What You'll be Doing:

- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Manage social media in the development and execution of effective social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that align with the company's and clients' marketing objectives.

- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure their social media needs are met.

- Social Media Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase leads, and boost sales for both our company and our clients.

- Content Calendar Management: Create and manage content calendars that outline the campaign strategy and tactics, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.

- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on social media competitor activity to ensure that our social media strategies remain competitive and effective.

- Campaign Development: Collaborate with clients and the marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and content that resonates with target audiences.

- Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to identify target audiences and develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on key metrics to the marketing team and clients.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance for our company and our clients.

- Budget and Timeline Management: Manage budgets and timelines for social media campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

What Makes You a Great Candidate

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Demonstrated work experience of 6-8years as a social media manager, with a track record of successful campaigns.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Fb/Insta console) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.

- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
