Job Description

Netcore is looking for a Paid Media Lead who will be responsible for search engine marketing and other paid media channels. This role will drive relevant traffic to the website globally with the purpose of generating and accelerating pipeline. If you have a passion for driving growth using various paid digital marketing channels, we'd love to have you join our growing marketing team. You will:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a scalable marketing engine for Netcore Cloud to generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads and drive sales opportunities at an optimal cost

- Orchestrate our global SEM and paid media strategies, aligning with business objectives, team coordination, and fiscal management.

- Oversee search marketing campaign structures, focusing on conversion rate optimization within the customer pipeline funnel.

- Provide comprehensive analytics reporting to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of search marketing and paid media campaigns.

- Interface and align with ABM, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to refine and continuously optimize the search marketing campaigns and other paid media channels.

- Drive rapid growth using the various marketing channels across North America, Europe and LATAM, while defending and consolidating more mature markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India.

- Collaborate with the marketing operations, data, and engineering teams to innovate A/B testing and customer conversion funnels.

- Act as the primary interface with cross-functional leaders to refine search marketing tactics based on market feedback

Preferred Qualifications

- Over 7+ years of experience in SEM and paid media, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector.

- Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that have measurable commercial results.

- Proficient in pipeline generation and its execution.

- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to drive alignment across global marketing and cross-functional teams.

- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools including GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms, as well as familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Creative problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.

- Resilient in high-pressure environments with the capability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
