Job Summary :
- We are seeking a National Sales Head to lead our Mobility CPaaS sales team across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
- Continuously improve the sales process and implement best practices to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications/other criteria:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 20+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Mobility CPaaS sales (specific to SMS/ VAS/WABA/RCS in the last 5 years)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills Should have managed teams nationally.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the CPaaS industry and its trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
