Job Description :

NetCom+ is an enterprise focused premier learning service. It addresses the ever changing learning needs of enterprise workforce that is expected to be ready for the future jobs. As a sourcing manager for NetCom+, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying, developing new e-Learning content providers, subject matter experts, lab providers, sand-box environment providers and assessment experts for the assigned technologies and vendors to keep the NetCom+ course catalogue updated and relevant.

- Sign up new and retain e-Learning content providers, subject matter experts, lab providers, sand-box environment providers and assessment experts for the assigned technologies and vendors.

- Negotiate and maintain healthy business relationship with above mentioned partners.

- Work with internal marketing team to create monthly announcements on the new learning content added to the NetCom+ platform.

- Develop and categorise partners as per technology, content library depth and content consumption.

- Renegotiate, renew and discontinue contracts.

- Spend 25% of the time to study the content and prepare partner wise competitive benchmark for enabling informed decision making; being put up by the team for review.

- Supervise and work with multiple types of content, assessment and lab providers to connect the dots and design end to end learning paths.

- Manage team of sourcing executives and supervise their day to day performance as per given sourcing KRA.

An ideal candidate should have :

- 8-10 years of experience in sourcing domain, preferably developing vendors in the digital space, e-commerce, digital e-learning content or e-learning catalogue management.

- Has proven track record in resourceful sourcing and developing strategic sourcing policies.

- Has demonstrated in the past assignment ability to negotiate cost effective contracts with partner and suppliers.

- Has effectively managed the sourcing team and provided timely guidance.

- Has reduced on cost of sourcing in terms of financial contracts - terms, quality and quantity.

- Has hired, trained and managed sourcing executives in the previous assignments.

- Must have skills :

- Negotiation Skills.

- Excellent verbal and written skills. Should be able to articulate clearly with teams and individuals.

- People management skills.

- Procurement Mindset coupled with Partner Development Mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics or finance. Master's with specialization in procurement management will be advantageous.
