We are hiring for "Manager/Assistant Manager- Social Media" with NetCom Learning India (US MNC Edtech Industry)

Job location: Remote

Job Specifications / Qualification:

- Create and execute social media strategy

- Coordinate with internal teams

- Oversee the social media team

Job Description:

- Create, plan and execute social media strategy for NetCom Learning.

- Manage and oversee social media content and monitor online reputation (ORM)

- Stay up to date, plan and execute the latest social media and ABM best practices and technologies.

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network across social media networks incl. Github, Reddit, etc.

- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

- Define, measure and monitor most important social media KPIs including the reach, engagement and mentions, etc.

- Plan and execute targeted paid campaigns to generate quality leads.

- Regularly track and monitor competition activity, identify their strategies and incorporate into the plan.

- Closely work with the internal search and content teams to coordinate the digital strategy

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

- Hire and train other team members and provide constructive feedback.

- Measure the success of every social media campaign; Leverage GA, GSC, SEMRush, HootSuite, BuzzSumo and such other tools to gather insights and update/revise strategy.

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Requirements:

- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness, engagement and lead generation

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices with the ability to build and manage multiple communities

- Experience with ABM targeting and social listening

- Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and analytics

- Good experience with audience and buyer persona research

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Familiarity with web design and publishing

- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving and time-management skills with a keen desire to learn new tools and techniques.

- Hands-on manager able to wear multiple hats, guide team yet work independently.

- Critical thinker and Team player with great leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
