We are looking for Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. Talent Acquisition Director responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of seasoned and experienced Recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates. Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals. If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position and know how to build a Dynamic and Vibrant team, we'd like to meet you
Here's what you ll be doing....
In this role, you will manage TA teams to handle high volume hiring for US/India roles. Our recruiters thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, work hard and provide highest level of service to our organization. Even our junior TA team get the opportunity to work on various Global and Domestic opportunities with equal and transparent involvement in TA Process . You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent mapping and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, recruiting managers and business partners..
- Partner with US/India based leaders to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role
- Develop a network of potential future hires ,conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Netcom's mission to deliver the highest quality results to our clients
- Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Research and build talent pools within NETCOM competitive landscapes.
Required skills :
- 15+ years proven work experience in leading teams responsible for IT/Non-IT Hiring.
- Experience in managing a team of experienced recruiters
- Hands-on in leadership level hiring
- Experience in bulk hiring and managing large hiring numbers
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Must have Global Exposure, especially for US, and have sound understanding of working and dealing with US & India market and potential candidates.
- Should have complete know how about Indian compensation & benefit structure.
- Should have experience in driving the compensation benchmarking exercise for various role within competition landscape
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Good team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- MBA in Human Resources Management
