Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

- The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, coordinating various marketing activities, and analyzing performance metrics to support the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Collaborate with senior marketing managers to create marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social media, content marketing, events, etc.

Content Creation & Management:

- Work with the content team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, website copy, social media content, newsletters, and product descriptions.

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging.

- Maintain and update content on company websites and social media platforms.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer insights to improve marketing strategies.

- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.

Digital Marketing Management:

- Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

- Assist with website performance analysis and suggest improvements for enhanced user experience and conversions.

Branding & Positioning:

- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

- Ensure marketing activities reflect the company's vision, mission, and values.

- Coordinate with design and creative teams to develop branding assets and collateral.

Event Planning & Coordination:

- Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

- Support the promotion of events through digital channels and offline marketing activities.

- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Support the marketing team in building and managing customer relationships using CRM tools.

- Assist in segmentation, targeting, and nurturing leads through email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

- Track customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction through targeted campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Design to ensure alignment in messaging and overall marketing goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers for campaign execution and creative projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- MBA in Marketing is a plus.

Experience:

- 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts.

- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is desirable, depending on the company's industry.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and tools.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and problem-solving.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual projects
