Position Overview:
- The Corporate Marketing, AVP - ABM Marketing will lead a dynamic team focused on developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for Enterprise, SMB, and Government audiences.
- This role involves creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and driving lead generation.
- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, inside sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of ABM marketers in developing and implementing marketing strategies for specific target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and communication of solution storytelling to ensure impactful and resonant messaging with key accounts.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, digital, and social media.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for sales and inside sales teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including lead generation and revenue growth, to drive continuous improvement and achieve.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing with at least 4 years in a team management role.
- Strong communication skills and expertise in ABM strategies.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, project management, and marketing automation tools.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, product lifecycles, and 360-degree marketing approaches.
- A hands-on marketeer with a servant leadership mentality who excels in cross-department collaboration and performance optimization.
