Sales Analyst - Pricing/Discounting
- Part of the Americas Deals and Pricing Desk, the Pricing Analyst drives pricing-related projects and push initiatives within the regions.
- Acting as a close business partner, you will be responsible to manage pricing and approvals to enable a healthy and wealthy business in Americas. You will be in charge of Field pricing enablement and approvals.
Support deal structuring and risk identification :
- Validate PVR request
- Work proactively with account teams to successfully structure competitive deals
- Identify non-standard deal issues routed to x-functional owners, by way of automated process triggers and provide guidance Handling price escalations
- Perform deal analysis on pricing escalations
- Provides pricing recommendations based on pre-defined policies and approval thresholds (PVR process) Providing pricing guidance
- Enforce consistency and standardization in structuring deals across Americas
- Provide guidance on street price and discount thresholds on deals for existing and new products
- Provide feedback for adjusting discount thresholds based on competitive intelligence

- Work closely with the Sales Representatives, Sales Management and Americas Teams
- Communicate with your peers to develop and share best practices.
