Neta App - Product Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/MDI

As a Product Manager at NETA, you will be required to identify potential markets, conduct market research, specify product requirements to the engineering team as well as develop marketing strategies for the same.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Work closely with users, marketing, and engineering team, while taking into account

- Industry best practices in developing and driving product road-map that wraps the vision of the organization.

- Gather requirements from users, prospects and external consultants as suggestions for betterment of the application.

- Build detailed product specifications involving the features and functions for the engineering team.

- Perform competitive analysis in determining and prioritizing feature requirements and product strategy for existing and new applications.

- Work with engineering, project management, design, technical writer, customer success and QA teams to drive application development and ensure successful outcomes

- Communicate product capabilities and plans to internal and external audiences through documents, individual conversations, presentations, and webinars.

- Explore and implement marketing strategies that ensures the app reaches all levels of audience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Any graduate or master degree (preferably from reputable institutes - IITs/NITs/BITS) or an MBA from top business school is desired

- Required relevant experience of minimum 2 years in the field of product management.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Thorough understanding of Product Design and Development, Product life cycle management and strategies to implement the same.

- Must possess the initiative follow through on all projects and meet strict deadlines while remaining highly detail-oriented.
