Roles and Responsibilities
- Effective lead generation and qualifying leads.
- Effectively manage all leads through complete sales cycle.
- Effectively gather & document all client system & business requirements.
- Provide effective technical consultation with the technical panel.
- Create Account Plan for key accounts.
- Strategize account mining techniques and execute it on their existing client base.
- Cross-sell and up-sell.
- Maintain & grow current business and create new business.
- Ensure effective client servicing and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in selling IT services/software.
- Strong understanding of technology domain, and the influence of disruptive technologies on business verticals
- Good understanding of Software Production processes and the chemistry between Sales, Software Delivery and Product teams
- Prior experience in Software Sales (Products and Productized Services desired)
- Ability to execute the fluff that's typically tossed around in strategy meetings
- Ability to think on the feet and amicably resolve tense account management situations Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
