.Net Architect - IT

We have an opportunity for a .Net Architect for one of our client in Bangalore.

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional with expertise in enterprise software/product delivery and solution architecture preferably within the BFSI space and should have worked extensively on .NET 4.0+

Roles & Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture :

- Drive solution architecture, technical design and development strategies for enterprise product implementations

- Provide technical governance in collaboration with Program Management to assess deliverables and technical risks

- Review technical estimations and drive technical planning processes across engagements

- Detect early warning signs and proactively diagnose technical challenges (hot-spots) and drive interventions

- Participate in client technical discussions and review key architectural decisions across projects

Engineering Practices :

- Mentor technical staff on engineering best practices (TDD, continuous integration, pair-programming)

- Be a custodian to drive clean-code practices and technical design principles

- Operationalize automation-based best practices (test, release, performance)

- Drive and foster a culture of quality and technical agility across teams

- Partner with teams to drive technical forums, knowledge sharing and collaboration
