Manager - Talent Development
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable talent development programs aligned with InMobi's talent philosophy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (People Business partners, Rewards, L&D, People Operations & HR Tech) to evolve strategies on performance & growth and lead annual performance reviews
- Develop talent programs for leadership, succession planning, high-potential development, career tools and internal mobility.
- Create and manage programs, communications, learning resources, and engagement strategies for effective rollout
- Leverage industry trends, track metrics and effectiveness of talent programs
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in HR or Talent Development, experienced in large-scale initiatives with varied stakeholder landscape and change management.
- Skilled in creating career development frameworks and internal talent marketplaces
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Good systems orientation and hands on tools / systems experience is preferred
- Certification in one or more psychometric assessments (Hogan, MBTI, Disc, SHL or similar) is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a flexible and self-directed approach
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Organizational Effectiveness / HR is preferred
