Position Overview:
- The Business Development Manager B2B will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
- This individual will be responsible for identifying new B2B business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Work closely with existing clients to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring the terms and conditions align with the company's compliance policies.
- Deliver presentations and guide the C-Suite level.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of B2B sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development within real estate.
- Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and inter-cultural skills.
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Possess extensive B2B network connections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master degree in any field.
- Experience in Business Development.
