Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director Resale Business to lead our Secondary Sales division.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building processes and managing a high-performing telesales and sales team, achieving aggressive sales targets, and driving growth through effective sales strategies.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in primary sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the overall performance of the secondary sales business.

- Recruit, build, and lead a team of telesales and sales dedicated to secondary sales.

- Set up scalable processes and frameworks to optimize sales efficiency and ensure seamless operations.

- Evaluate individual performances and ensure thorough follow-up of the sales process with prospective clients.

- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and refine strategies.

- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with top management and assist the team in achieving them.

- Support the team with deal closures as needed.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

- Report sales numbers and insights to top management on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Explore different channels (like Channel Partners, referrals, etc. ) and approaches to increase sales.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get leads and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

- Travel regionally to support sales initiatives and expansion plans.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven work experience of 4-5 years in a sales role, preferably in the residential real estate industry.

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).

- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance telesales and sales team.

- Excellent communication skills and industry knowledge.

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Availability to travel as needed.

- Graduate or MBA in a related field is desired, or a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
