Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Nestaway in Indore.
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the designated area.
Qualifications:
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate or rental industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
