Role Description:

- The Project Head will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of projects related to energy-efficient lighting solutions.

- This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad at Nessa Illumination Technologies Pvt Ltd.

- The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

- Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, managing project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage energy-efficient lighting projects from initiation to completion.

- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the project execution phase.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting technologies and products.

- Experience in the lighting industry or a related field is preferred.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
